Multinational Business Community

Experience a multinational community.

Our college itself is a multinational community, drawn together by shared interests in creating, teaching, learning, and applying new knowledge in the service of a better economic climate and business community for South Florida and The Americas. Each of our communities—our students, our Faculty, our business and academic partners, our alumni and more—reflects diverse nationalities.

The South Florida business community is extremely multinational. It's a base for U.S. firms working with Latin America and for Caribbean firms engaged in the North American market. It's also a base for European and Asian multinational firms' Latin American operations and a gateway for global trade and commerce.

Interact with multinational business leaders.

Some will be in your classrooms and hallways—as teachers, guest lecturers, advisors and mentors; others will be present at college and university-sponsored events, representing their own businesses and their own cultural perspectives on business. Some you'll meet on their own turf, as hosts to groups on field trips or at business events. You'll see and get to talk with them at meetings of alumni groups, clubs and fraternities, or business student organizations. Many will be alumni, others business partners, members of college advisory groups, or invited guests to the university.
